Our service management software consists of 2 editions: Basic Edition and the Professional Edition. The user interfaces are exactly the same, however to make it more affordable for some users that find no need for some of the more advanced features found in the PRO edition, we've enabled them to purchase the Basic edition. However if you purchase the Basic Edition you could later on decide to purchase an upgrade to the Pro edition all your data entered under the Basic Edition will be seamlessly carried over to the Pro Edition.
We also plan to launch shortly a "Enterprise Edition" that will have advanced features suited for the larger service industry enterprises.

Our price structure is very simple! You only purchase a license for every machine you intend to use the software on i.e. if you wish to use the software on 2 computers you would need to purchase 2 licenses. The server machine does not need a separate license (if it is not used by the FieldOne client).
Our pricing is not dependent on how many employees/technicians you would like to record into the software, as other companies charge per an employee raising your cost.
Unlike others we do not charge for a “Server fee” providing you with additional savings that typically range between $1,500 and $2,000.

If you happen to use Intuit QuickBooks™ as your existing accounting package you will be presented with a wizard that will allow you to import your existing data into FieldOne™ in a matter of minutes free of charge! most of our competitors charge for this service at their hourly rate to do just that.
On the 1 year anniversary of your software purchase should you wish to continue to receive upgrades and technical support it will only cost you 18% of your total licenses purchased.
