Free Training

We provide free training for all customers through live group webinar sessions. We typically have daily sessions, sometimes twice a day, for most days of the week. We believe these group sessions provide a forum for our customers to participate and learn best practices from other service providers as they train and implement the software. We archive most of these training sessions so you can replay them and listen to them as often as you like, at times most convenient for you. These sessions are free to all customers, and we do not limit the number of people from any customer participating.

Free Upgrades and Technical Support for 12 Months

If you fully purchased the software upfront, you will receive free upgrades during the first 12 month so you will benefit from the many new features and enhancements that we regularly release throughout the year. In addition, during the first 12 months, you will also receive free technical support via email, phone and/or remote connection.

If you are a Pay As You Go customer, you will be entitled to all software upgrades and free technical support as long as you continue to be a customer.

How does the software licensing work?

Our price structure is very simple! You only purchase a license for every concurrent user (that uses the software at the same time). For example, if you wish to use the software on 5 computers but only 3 users will connect to the server at the same time, you would only need to purchase 3 licenses. Please note that the server machine does not need a separate license (if it is not used by the FieldOne client).

Unlike other companies, we do not charge a “Server Fee” providing you with additional savings that typically range between $1,500 and $2,000.

Most of our competitors’ pricing plans are out of reach for small and medium size businesses, denying them the opportunity to implement state of the art software to run their business efficiently. If you are a “one man” operation or a 200 man operation, our flexible pricing plans provides the opportunity for you to enhance your field service business with our service management software.

Maintenance Renewal

If you fully purchased our software, on the first anniversary of your software purchase, should you wish to continue to receive upgrades and technical support, you will be charged 18% of the purchase price of the total licenses purchased. This charge is optional, and you are not obligated to purchase this maintenance contract. If you elect not to purchase the maintenance contract, standard rates for support will apply, and you will not be eligible to receive any of the software upgrades after the first year.

If you are a Pay As You Go customer, there are no additional annual fees. Included in your monthly subscription are all software upgrades and technical support.
