Free Training
We provide free training for all customers through live group webinar sessions. We typically have daily sessions, sometimes twice a day, for most days of the week. We believe these group sessions provide a forum for our customers to participate and learn best practices from other service providers as they train and implement the software. We archive most of these training sessions so you can replay them and listen to them as often as you like, at times most convenient for you. These sessions are free to all customers, and we do not limit the number of people from any customer participating.
Free Upgrades and Technical Support for 3 Months
When you purchase the software upfront, you will receive free upgrades during the first 3 months; this brings you the benefit of many new features and enhancements that we regularly release throughout the year. In addition, during the first 3 months, you will also receive free technical support via email, phone and/or remote connection.
How does the Terra (desktop software) licensing work?
Our price structure is very simple! You only purchase a license for every concurrent user. For example, if you wish to use the software on 5 computers but only 3 users will connect to the server at the same time, you would only need to purchase 3 licenses. Please note that the server machine does not need a separate license (if it is not used by the FieldOne client).
Maintenance Renewal
The maintenance is covered for three months from purchase. You may also purchase our starter kit, which bundles product, training and an additional 12 months of maintenance.
